BHQ?? Directplay?? doesnt work

BHQ?? Directplay?? doesnt work

When I want to play an online game in the BHQ, I get an error message saying:

Directplay service provider cant be found

What the hell?? Directplay is checked on in the configuration. I havent reinstalled the game yet. Did I miss something during the install? BHQgameclient is also allowed through the firewall.
I love the CC games and I was able to play via Gamespy but after the purchase of CC-COI , i havent been able to play 1 online game

Any help would be appreciated.
