Saitek X52

Keep having trouble with the game (Starshatter:The Gathering Storm) seeing my joy stick when I start a game.

So far the only way I have found that works is to reinstall my Joystick drivers everytime I want to Play.

Anyone else having this problem or know a fix for it?

I have the X52 and windows vista, and my joystick works acceptably... (i dont think i've found a game yet that recognizes every button) my second hat and throttle hat buttons do nothing tho...
