Home Rules

Units from ABDA Command cannot deploy in a diferent area than DEI. Kwantung Army units must pay political points to deploy in a diferent command area. Chinese units must pay political points to march out of China.
Kido Butai must heading to Home waters after PH, except 2 CV if Wake first assault unsuccesfully. For the other hand, american carriers must steam to PH before begin ops.
No japanese ships can cross the Malacca straits to West before Singapore fall.
Sub japanese cannot carry any diferent floatplane than Glenn.
4-e bombers cannot fly from Chinese airfields before June 1944.
4-e bombers cannot fly naval attack missions down to 10.000 feet. From Jan 1943, no 4-e bombers can fly this missíon except USNavy squadrons.
Max capacity to airfields will be 50xlvl airfield +10%, and 4-e count like 2 aircrafts.
