Next Ship in TF Error

Whilst in Sc. 2 as the Japanese player, I chose "next ship in TF" whilst viewing ships at Anchor at Truk ( ! ); this accessed Allied vessels!
This has to be an error. NB: I have not tried any other Sc.'s to see if it occurs there also.

( I must admit that "next ship in TF" is an odd option to choose whilst viewing ships at Anchor in a Port, however it was an option at the bottom of the Window! )
