Is it possible to move Abort to the Top?

Is it possible to move Abort to the Top?

Those of us that have fumble fingers find that we are asked Yes / No multiple times whether or not to Disband our units and I suspect it's because the Disband option is at the top of the pop-up menu. So I'm wondering if it might be possible to move the Abort option to the top so that the pop-up menu doesn't even open ...which in this case wasn't even wanted anyway.

If not I can live with the situation....just wondered.
