PBEM Problem

I hope someone can help. Myself and another player are involved in a pbem tournament, and we are 12 turns into a premade scenario. We ahve played several CC league games before and usually about 6-10 turns into it, we run into a problem. He will send me zipped files and I will get his prompt. I ask for him to check and resend. He does saying that he has checked and this should be it. I unzipp and yet again his prompt and the warning player 1 install corrupt. Well, we are in this tourny, first round, game going well, and it happens yet again. I do not run the pbem manager due to windows not supporting it. I am not running 2 games on 1 slot. I haven't tried anything fishey and netheir has he. We need help. If anyone has a clue to what might be happening, please e-mail me at maximuskb1@aol.com Thnak you,
