Hey, Hussar, what happened to your support?

On 4/21 you promised in this forum a patch by end of week/month (April) and an announcement of your new game. Never happened. No word from you since then until yesterday with a rather short post saying you are not dead but busy. No word still on what you told your loyal community of people who bought your game concerning an update on your failed delivery promises. No apologies, no updates, rather a curt post at best. Ok...

Your competition, developers of games like Forge of Freedom and AOE and ACCW, put out great games and maintain ongoing and consistent DAILY interaction and support with their loyal game buying base. After you doing the same when your game first came out you are lagging far, far behind. I appreciate you being busy as I am sure the other developers are - an occasional foray into the forums here to write brief posts to keep your game buying base updated on status of failed delivery dates let alone interaction in general I think is not too much to ask - I base my purchasing decisions on support as much or more than design and regrettably - as I very much like your game - you are showing a rather clear disdain for this. Too bad. Developers in the past, and some currently, still get away with this - your competition filling the same genre doesn't, and I for one urge you to follow their example with your otherwise fine game.

My apologies to some degree - I did not see your other post, Hussar, in which you did give a bit of an update - but my overall comments and feel remain. I like your game and want to support you.
