New Screenshots over at the Wargamer.com!

Post by cdbeck »

Hey, not sure why this is not on the main page yet, but The Wargamer.com has a nice pack of Screenies for Guns of August, just not put in their news section. Most of them we have seen before, but there is a nice one of fleet control and overall things look very good. Hopefully we will be firing the Guns of August before August (or at least IN August)!

Nice find SoM. Could this be a portent of things to come in the near future? I certainly hope so! I have been looking forward to this game for five years. It would be so sweet and fitting for this to be released in early August.

What I am thinking is this:

Carriers at War group released some screenies and an AAR a few weeks ago.
GoA released a few now.
Logic dictates that Carriers will release within a month or two and then GoA will release, well, around August.

Seems almost too perfect to release a game with a month in its title during said month. How would it look to release, say, Guns of August in December! [:-]

Actually, and August release would be pretty nice. Then I wouldn't have to decide if I want to buy CaW or GoA. I could buy CaW now and GoA then!
