Problem play pbem

having problem playing pbem thru gmail. I'm the 2nd player, and I get everything with no problem. But my opponents when they get the turn it says, unable to open and they can't send the turn.. anyone have any ideas on whats wrong?????
Beware: Crochety Old Geezers Play WIP and SEIV in between bathroom Runs :)

I have no idea, but I have been playing WitP for months using a gmail account without any problems.

I have no problem with witp either, its only wpo i'm having the problem with

I have seen that episodically in the past. Usually works after re-downloading the save from gmail.
