normandy gold campaign "errors"

hello people.

I´m start play the campaign spwaw normandy gold, is impossible get some victory hex ( in the first scenario in the beach, the last hex in the left corner in the middle,i ocupied whit tanks,infantry,mi dog and the flag no change )always in 3 and 5 scenario this campaign succes again.
And no received reinforcements points to buy suport units in some scenarios ¿ is normal ?
