Battle generator

In WF when trying to generate a battle you cannot select any period out of 1939-1945, not all countries can be selected; for you info.

I noticed that in all the fan mods over at The Blitz, it was noted that the ones that extended the timeline or added new nations seemed not to work in the battle generator. Must be a tough nut to crack. Honestly, I used the battle generator a number of times on the Talonsoft versions and it never did seem to be able to come up very often with a decent, balanced battle. To be fair, Matrix probably should have mentioned this in their game descriptions, since the assumption would be that the battle generator would work on any nation included. However, I'm happy with the hundreds of existing scenarios to tide me over till they get it working.

However, I did check out the OOB editors and the new nations *are* there and you can build some most excellent scenarios with them. The map editor will generate a random map with adjustable parameters, so making new scenarios shouldn't be too hard. I've been toying with Spanish Civil War ones myself.
