No Control of Craft After Restart

Post by cptsaxman »

I just installed this game and the first go around went well... I shut the program down for supper and when I came back, I find that there is a big problem...

Whenever I lanuch a mission, the ship goes into an uncontrollable right corkscrew. I can not control the ship with my Saitek X52, the mouse or the keyboard. I can use non-directional/throttle commands on the keyboard only.

I have uninstalled the program once and re-installed it. I had the same thing happen. It worked fine until I shut it down. The next time I started the game I can not control the ship.

Any help would be greatly apprecaited.

Try clicking on NAV located on the HUD. Then click on it again to resume the nav route.

Thank you for the suggestion... I have tried this... When you put the ship into autonav mode the craft operates normally, when you take it back out, it continues to corkscrew.

After emailing with Milo, I was able to determine the issue.  The control configuration in the game had "both" joysticks selected even though my computer only has one joystick.  After changing the option to Joystick 1,  the issue was resolved.
