Couple of Questions

I'm excited about the "imminent" release of this game.

I have a couple of questions:

1) How are Axis minors, and Allied minors modelled?

2) Are partisans modelled somehow?

[font="compatilfact lt regular"]2) -  partisans appear in occupied countries from time to time. They are very weak and designed ultimately to block supply rather than make assaults[/font]

[font="compatilfact lt regular"]1) – the 3 German minors join the game at pre-set dates unless the allies declare was on them first.  As does Finland.[/font]
