AV Tangier

Ok, I've come to Coral Sea. I order AV Tangier to port at Noumea & the anchor symbol there is yellow from the start. Do I need to do anything to get the seaplane tender to off load her PBY's & get them going on their recce missions other than to select the sectors in the search rosette?

No, once its at anchor it will start to fly any search missions you've ordered.
