Well, I just purchased Carriers at War after long deliberations as to which Matrix game to choose out of all the many new games available. The file downloaded very quickly and I was up and running in no time.

I went through the tutorial which was a help, but it could use a little more meat. The manual looks great and I am sure between that and this forum I should be able to fill in any missing things from the tutorial.

Thanks Matrix and SSG for another great game! [&o]

This is definitely addicting. I am getting my butt handed to me at Wake as the Americans.

I really like the interface. It takes some getting used to but it is getting easier the more I play.

This looks like it will be easy to learn, but difficult to master, which makes it worth every penny in my book.

LOL just make a suicide run vs transports - you may lose the CVs but decisive victory will be yours.

Hey Oleg what's with the  sniping?

Post some suggestions for improvement in the wish list.

Keep at it Alvin - this game is only going to get better too. My gut feel.

Sniping? Try my "strategy" - it's perfectly valid, why would that be sniping??

Think he meant you attacking/sniping the game... most sniper's use to change position (threads?) often, and pop up here and there, to avoid close combat (wishlist thread) or suppressive fire (Gregor). [;)]
Just kidding.

I am enjoying the game. If it were easy what would be the point. I currently only play single player so I have not experienced the problems that Oleg has in his game. Maybe they will take care of his conerns in a future patch, so that it is enjoyable to both types of players.

Matrix has a great track record of improving the games they publish so I am not worried about this one.

Thanks for the replies. [8D]
