ok, I know it is late BUT I cannot get the special order fields to appear??? Like where u creat an army etc? help

Pocus, I think I was trying to do something that the game engine would not let me, like creat another army?? with Buell at teh lead.. thanks again..

To create another army, I think you have to go to the reinforcements ledger and build a Army HQ first.&nbsp; I'm in the process of doing it myself (I swear I don't know how people are already in 1863 on the full campaign.&nbsp; One turn takes me at least 20-30 minutes to go through everything).

For divisions, sometimes my leaders appear unable to command divisions for a while, then magically one day they can.&nbsp; Might have something to do with whether they're active?&nbsp; Not sure . . .

Regarding the tabs for orders:&nbsp; did you get that squared away?

Yes, the leader has to active (white envelope icon) to form a division.
And for a "real" army, yes you have to buy and HQ and wait for it to be ready.
But, of course you can make an independent force on the fly: just put several units on the same stack, like on BoA
