JRM-1 Mars Available on 7-Dec-1941?

In EOS v7.741 there is a unit at Pearl Harbor equipped with the JRM-1 Mars. I looked in the pool, and the JRM-1 Mars begins production at 2 per month in 45-06. So, I am assuming the availability date of this unit is an error:

slot 1642 USMC VMR-252, 12 plane max but equipped at game start (12/7/41) with four JRM-1 Mars.

This was a problem in 2 of 18 scenarios (EOS Levels 5 and 7) - it is probably an editor induced error. The aircraft type changed from C-47 to JRM-1 !!! Non trivial change that. Thanks.
