It should be mailed to you when you place your order. Contact Matrix with your order ID and they'll sort it out.

Hi! After more than 24 hours no serial number. When I bought TOAW it was sent immediately. What is wrong?
Paid via Pal Pay and I do this very often. Never had any problem before.
