Having trouble with webstore site?

Is anybody else having trouble getting in to the webstore? I am trying to get there to download the game, but when I look it up on digitalriver customer service I get an error, and when I go to the store nothing comes up.

I'm afraid the digitalriver end of things is a bit out of my realm.

I have a bunch of ad blockers which might have been the problem, but I found another matrix site on google, and was able to get to my order, and am downloading Maximum Football.

It might also be an AOL problem because I can never get Matrix forums to come up on the AOL Browser, and have to use Internet Explorer.
