Found A Bug On Placing Commanders

Well I found a bug. I cannot place my russian commanders , so now my build que is screwed up and I cannot place anything! [:@]

Looks like 1939 ... You built 3 Commanders for Commander .. For those communist bastrads .. swine ..
He might be right about bug tho ...
If you save all Russian .. swine .. PP ...
Then there are no units in queue .. besides the C ... or in this case 3 C's [X(] and the loathsome US Mot ... In 1939 ...
I am quite sure this swine communist opponent will want the US Mot in Murmansk .. And then he will strat him to Iran ..
Nay railroads in CaNaDa .. nay from Cacusas ..
Just rail that guy over the mountains .. Alpine tours .. No mountain div's .. yet [;)]

There is no bug, as soon as that motorised corps is finished built i,e next turn, it will be in front of the force pool and be able to deploy [;)]

Why can I not deploy the commanders?

Commanders can only be placed on units that can move, hence cannot be placed for countries which are not at war. It is a great feature that means USSR will be abit weak the first turns before their deployed Commanders leadership starts raising the effectiveness of their units [:)]
