restarting

I had to replace my hard drive and in doing so did something so that the serial number was not recognized. I tried re installing H3ANW 3.8 again, entered the right serial number (as best as I can tell. I copied it directly from the email confirming the downloadable version), but I still get an unacceptable serial number error. Any ideas as to how to get the s/n into the system so it can be recognized?

It could be an old issue with the Matrix Serial Number system. Depends when you got your copy really...
