I just found it funny. As my last act before being pummeled into the ground at the end of 1916 Germany declares war on the US.

I might do the same thing, Belphegor.  Okay, I'm hooked.  One of the few games I bought even before the first patch, based on what I read on the forum.  Bought it, scanned the manual, read the great quick start posts, and started a game as the CP.  Things went well at first, but now, at the end of 1915, I'm on the defensive all across the board.  Things look really bad.  I already know that I mismanaged my resources badly and didn't really have a good setup at the start.  I could go back and start over, but not until I fight this through until the bitter end.  Great game, even getting my butt kicked by the AI.
