I thought I saw a question about why 2 CP generals "Below"

so here's the answer [8D]

there were 2 Generals of Infantry Below - Otto and Fritz - they were cousins.

Fritz was less flashy & less well known, but commanded XXI corps at the 2nd batttle of Masurian Lakes in early 1915, then was promoted to command 2nd army on the Western Front where he replaced Karl v. Bulow.
