Patch 1.64 Beta Now Available

OK, I am calling it a beta because of how big some of the changes are (September Call Ups!) but it should be rock solid. Anyway, if you are not adventurous avoid this, otherwise I would REALLY appreciate you guys downloading and applying this patch and giving it some really thorough testing.

This is a small 32mb patch that REQUIRES THAT YOU ALREADY HAVE THE FULL v1.63 already be installed as a pre-requisite.

This is SO freakin' cool. I'm playing a game right now, but I can post commentaries as it happens! I still hear the crowd noise in the background as I'm posting this.

One thing I noticed : at the end of the regular season, I was immediately taken to the page displaying the first game of the WS (which my team is playing in). I clicked on my team and then to the modify roster page to set my 25-man post-season roster.

I'm assuming that had I clicked on the "manage game" button, the game would've switched me back to my roster page.

Fortunately, my AI opponent had already made its post-season adjustments.

I love the minimize button on the game screen - much more convenient to watch a game on MLB.com and switch to Puresim in between innings! I look forward to the September call-ups, but have quite a few games to play before I reach that point.
