Adding .srf files to scenario

Adding .srf files to scenario

I have figured out how to do an .srf file so I can complete new planes and ships. AS I understand it the resource files hold all the planes and ships available to the scenario designer. So to design a new scenario, say TESTONE, how do you connect with either the plane or ship resource files? There is, as far as I can see, no way to load an existng plane or ship class into a new scenario. If I design a new new plan .srf file, there is no way that I see to load this file into an existanding scenario, much less a new one.

WHAT AN I NOT SEEING?
