Battle HQ

In the hope that it would reduce game crashes we tried Battle HQ today instead of the normal ip multiplayer game.
Creating an account went well (1-2hours to get password but..). When trying to launch a game i get the message "Error : Could not launch the game, no directplay service provider found."

So what have i forgotten to do?

( I have run a dxdiag and it says everything is ok) If this is a standard error for the game (posts may indicate it is) then a stiched solution on this page would be helpful.

Thanks for the info.
Found it late yesterday (forgot to post it) and emailed him abouth my problem with a dxdiag file.
Would be greath though if this is a known problem that it would be posted in a FAQ in this forum.

I Reinnstalled the newest version yesterday and it didnt help. So sendt tomr@powerlobbies.com the files he asked for. No reply yet but if you waith for something good ..
