Scoring error

In a game I recently played, my starter, Bob Turley, was pulled with the score tied at 1 and the bases loaded in the 7th inning. Roy Face entered and promptly tossed up a 3-run triple. I lost the game 4-3 and Face was tagged with the loss.
Since all the runners who scored reached while Turley was on the mound Bob should have suffered the loss. Face allowed no runs, though he gave up the fatal hit.
I noticed this at least once before, though I cannot recall the exact details - a reliever was tagged with a loss when only inherited runners scored.
