Getting to main menu?

Am I missing something? I can't seem to get to the main menu from the game. I have to exit the game first. Seems like a round about way to start a new game.

No you'er not missing anything and yes it's not het cleverest - Frank thinks he can't actaully do it.
 
Fortunately the game loads very quickly!!
