Well, we had one last thing we really wanted to do in development and there was just a breakthrough on that front, so while I won't set a date yet I wouldn't be surprised if we only have a few more weeks of work left before the gold master.

Yeah, even little things like different roadwheel types for T34s make it interesting. These can be modded with just a paint program.

We decided to put some additional work in before release to expand the list of units (to allow a wider range of East Front battles to be re-created), so that will probably push us back a month or so more, but the game itself is solid and basically ready to release.

As good a reason as I have heard from the market lately.  You want to make the initial release more worthwhile and playable for longer?  Then shut my mouth.

Looking forward to buying the game.

Could you do some write-up on any Command and control differences now?

Time enough to add some more stuff

The delay has given me some time to learn enough 3D Max to make a few country mods.

That's the goal, yes. I should have some more info posted on Panzer Command by mid-October, including some videos to start the pre-release promotion.

No demo planned right now, though there is one for Panzer Command: Winterstorm out there on the game sites. However, once I get back from this conference I'll be starting to post a lot more info for you all as we get ready to wrap up this title and release it.
