CHS Scenario 159....cant load oil at Aden

I was able to load oil at Aden the first month of the war but now have 8-10 TKs/AOs sitting at Aden unable to load. Have repeatedly disbanded and re-ordered them to load oil but nothing happens. Over 10,000 oil points available and no loading for at least 3 weeks.

You've probably removed all resources from Aden. Without at least 1 resource point present at a port no oil can be loaded. I did the same mistake a while ago.

Don't ask me why you cannot load oil without resources. A dev explained it a while ago, but I forgot.

I havent loaded a single resource point at Aden the entire game....but I will check to see if there are indeed resource points there.

Hmm.. I have the same situation in some other [top secret] place playing as Japan.
Tried to evacuate the every possible liter of oil from endangered DEI (it unloaded with no problems) and no cannot pick it up now!

Is it true I cannot load it if there are no resources?

I probably shouldn't tell you this, but yes it's true. I found that out a couple years ago playing against the AI. I've seen a couple other people post that they experienced the same thing.
