Re install

First off, I downloaded the game and was able to initially run it. That was yesterday. Today, the game wouldn't load. I had access to the manuals but not the game. So I tried to uninstall it ( for reinstall ) but there are files that I'm denied access to. So I'm stuck. What to do?

try running the installer again or re-download the game. Make sure to get the latest patches up to date.

It doesn't make any sense, Admiral. Were we better than the Japanese or just luckier?

You should be able to create a new copy without having to uninstall the old one if you create it in different directory?
