Glitch on end-of-phase questions

If I answer "No" to "Not all activatred hexes have received orders. Are you sure you want to continue?" (or whatever the question is after orders phase), then the arrow in the top right corner gets a graphics glitch and does not end the phase - I have to exit GoA and redo the turn.
