Midway Missions

I've noticed that though the IJN has missions to both bombard and invade Midway, there is no mission for Nagumo's fleet to (air) attack Midway. As this is a historical scenario, shouldn't that mission be as important as the other missions?

I know the IJN AI will air attack Midway, but I don't know if the assault is coming from Nagumo's CVs as there are CVLs in other TGs that could send planes to Midway. As the IJN, the AI should be obligated to strike Midway repeatedly w/Nagumo's TGs -- as was the case historically -- unless/until Allied CV TGs are spotted.
