Solops' Reference Sheet

I djinned this up over a year ago. I offer it below. I have it all formatted neatly as an MS Word file, but I do not know how to upload it.

SOLOPS’ CoG REFERENCE SHEET

CITY WALLS: +1 Div/level

CITY GUNS:
No breach by 15K men/level
+20% casualties/level

ROADS:
+1/2 pop/level
+5% Move initiative

DOCKS:
Heal ships
More increase income from trade (x2@Lvl 7)
-1 month ship bld time/two levels

BANKS:
+10% income/level

CULTURE:
+.05 glory/level/turn
If NM<(5 x total culture) then add (Total Cult/5) each month
Higher culture increases effectiveness of subsidies

FARMS:
+10% food, horse, timber, wool, cotton, wine, spice
Textiles=(cotton;wool)+(pop x labor/50)

FACTORIES:
+50% labor
+10% iron, luxuries
Level 4 = Arty bld time -1 month
Level 8 = Arty bld time -2 months
Level 10 = Arty bld time -3 months
Level 3 allows Arty building
Level 4 allows Howitzer building
Level 5 allows Hvy Arty building

WASTE:
Waste = 3%/ province for provinces over 20 Max=90%

If court lvl >= 5 then province does not contribute to waste

If court lvl >= 7 or culture >= 5 then province not affected by National Waste Level

Conquered provinces – (Double waste)
Need Lvl 9 court or Lvl 7 culture to be exempt from waste
Lvl 7 court or Lvl 5 culture reduces waste to normal

BARRACKS LEVELS (+ 0.1 moral/level)
2 = Inf
3 = Lt Inf, Army
4 = Hvy Cav
5 = Gds, Hvy Arty, Corps
6 = Horse Arty
7 = Rifle Inf
8
9
10
