I need some help

See below. My question is, why no launch against the jap fleet? It was tacked for four turns. so I know where they were. What could have caused this to happen?

Any weather bad enough to have prevented an Allied CV from launching would have been bad enough to prevent an enemy attack a.c. from finding the CV.
What could have caused this to happen?


A borked combat routine.
Show me a fellow who rejects statistical analysis a priori and I'll show you a fellow who has no knowledge of statistics.
