I am looking for a dual game. I always play Japs and have had little experience as allied, my one game as allied has stalled and I am impatient. I want a dual game so that both players are subject to the same houserules and do not feel they are being taken advantage of.
propose the following settings and house rules:

Settings:
1. Sub doctrines off
2. Fog of War on
3. Advanced weather on
4. Allied damage control on
5. Historical 1st turn off
6. PDU on
7. Variable setup OFF
8. Dec 7 surprise on
9. Variable replacements off
10. Auto subs on
11. Auto facility expand off
12. Auto airgroup upgrade off
13. Accept air/ground replacements on
14. One day turns - I can usually do more than one turn a day my best has been eight. Looking for at least one a day.

House rules
1. No more than 6 ships per ASW TF.
2. No more than 6 PT boats per TF, and maximum of 2 PT TFs in a hex.
3. Invasions allowed only on base or beach/dot hexes. No troop landings/invasions by submarines.
4. Japanese Kwantung Army forces must pay PP to leave Manchuria, and Japan’s units in China must also pay PP to leave. Likewise Allied forces in China and India must also pay PP to leave their respective theaters. India command units must pay to enter Burma, those at start forces are exempt. Must pay points to enter China but may bomb from outside China at no points cost.
5. 4E bombers must operate from airfield of at least size 4. 4E bombers may not bomb below 15000 feet(accept strat bombing).
6. B-29s must operate from a minimum size 6 airfield. B-29s may not perform naval attack missions.
7. No overstacking at air bases. Stick to a maximum 115% of (50 aircraft x airbase size) except for transiting/damaged aircraft. So a size 4 airbase can have a max of 230 planes. Maximum 12 4E bombers per airbase size.
8. Japan may not upgrade light/dive-bomber army air units to Sallys or Helens, only to Lilys. Allies may not upgrade 2E air units to 4E bombers(unless auto upgraded by program).
9. No Corsairs on US carriers until 1/44.
10. No Japanese strategic bombing against targets in China. No allied strategic bombing of captured resources/oil(this includes China but not Manchuria)
11. Only 1 port attack on turn one. Also on turn 1, I will NOT conduct any “magic teleport” attacks. Will stick to targets within 17 hexs of a level 4 airfield. I will also NOT target the US carriers in the Pacific.
12. On turn one, only Allied units in China may move/redeploy.
13. On map “training” of air units is fine, but no exploiting the supply function to train bomber squadrons. Flying supplies into China (or wherever) with bombers is fine, but flying supply from San Francisco to Sacramento is not.
14. No cuting off units with fragments, must be whole units.
15. No use of L3y3 Tina for Paradrops.
16. If you think it might be gamey, it probably is, so please don't do it. If we have a problem with game play or a rule we discuss a solution.

Clarification for those of you reading this request for an opponent. I am looking to play two games, one as the Japs and one as the allies, against the same opponent using the same houserules. I realize this a tall order and a huge committment but, I have two main reasons for asking this. One, I mainly play the Japanese and have only one stalled game as the allies under my belt and would like to play as the allies at a faster pace than my current game is going. Two I believe in fairplay, and historical play. There are players out their who will and do exploit every flaw in this game. The houserules are to prevent that type of play. I also believe if you are going to put a set of restrictions on your opponents then you should be prepared to live with them yourself, thus two games. If I do not have an opponent by 1am Sept 15th 2007 EST, then I will go with my first respondent who is velkro if he is still interested at that time. And again I will be playing the Japanese.
