RHS Economic Utilities x.771 Uploaded

All three Economic Utilities - one for each Level 5, 6 and 7 - were uploaded to reflect changes in the x.771 microupdate.
These utilities are exactly correct for the 5 strictly historical scenarios. They are close for EOS and AIO. Someday I may do an EOS variation of them. There were changes to about five minor locations.
