Sound Files for the CS

Here are sounds to replace or compliment the existing CS ones. Since these were meant for the original Talonsoft games, these older WAVE files will need to be converted to OGG files. I have had no problems in converting them and have used all of these sound files; mixing them into WF and EF amongst the existing files which adds some extra excitement and variety to the gameplay. The German MG sounds are especially refreshing.
