Turning Off the Weather

Is there a way to disable the weather in league games? It's raining in all of my league games.

Is there a toggle in a data file that I'm missing somewhere?

There is no toggle for this. League game weather is based on the point of the season. The further along in the season you go, the more the weather degrades.
 
I'll see what is going on. What league are you using?
