Screen resolution V1.1

Post by ei3014 »

I've tried running V1.1 in all three resolutions on a 1280x1024 system and also a 1280 x 800 laptop panel

However, the bottom the turn/attack information is 'cut off' I can just make out the top 4 rows of pixels or so of Attack succesful or whatever message it is.

I've run it on two systems so far - is this something that is peculair to my installation, or a general and known issue that might get fixed ?

Thanks
Geoff

This happens when you have large fonts enabled on your computer. If you go to normal sized fonts this problem should be fixed.

Nope, some of us have had this same problem with normal fonts. In any size the bottom is partially cut off and without removing the taskbar it would be unreadable[:(]. It's been this way since release for myself and a few others.

Yeah, those are two seperate problems HP.

The one I'm referring to is the cut off pixels at the bottom of the game screen, without the task bar problem you have.

Yours is another problem. The only current fix for that is to run at a resolution less than your desktop. Thus if you run 1440X900 (like I do) you'll need to go to 1280X800 to be able to see the bottom of your game screen.

Either way let's hope it gets fixed[&o][:)].
