Game won't run?

Game won't run?

I bought and downloaded Commander-eaw. Then downloaded the 1.02 patch. When I'm in the game menu and double click on 'play" nothing happens? I can click on the manual and read it but the game won't play?

I see the original thread on these topic. Run as administrator works.
