I had my order confirmed on 25/09/07 as being sent.
It is currently 12/10/07. I live in Australia. How long does it normally take to receive an order?
Would three weeks be normal?

What kind of shipping did you choose, is it trackable? If you shipped by normal air mail, then it is possible for it to take three weeks particularly if customs decided to take a look at it. I would say if it does not arrive within four weeks, you should contact us with your order info to try to track it down.

I've still not received my purchases. I have sent three emails to diffent areas of Matrix over the past week, but have not received a reply. Is their a specific email address I should be referring it to and how long should I be waiting for a reply?
