Park Factor?

Post by CBeasley37 »

On the expanded team results page there is a park factor number.
I've always thought that this number was for my teams stadium.
Over 100 and it's a hitters park. Under 100 and it's a pitchers park.

I recently completed a 6 game road trip. When we started the road trip
our park factor was 98. When we returned home it was 102.

So I'm a little confused on what that number is now.
Is it for my team in all parks?

Thanks in advance

CB,

I'm in the same boat as you are. I was always under the impression it was a static number for your home stadium. That being the case, unless you change any dimensions or details of the park, that number should not be fluctuating.

Odd.

I'm gonna have to check this after each game. Could it possibly be -- the weather on a given game day?
