Info on Game Crashes

Post latest patch playing a full 18day NorthKorea I had a game crash after wraith was shot down. What happens with these is the screen just goes black and doesn't come back. It seems like it happens when pilots get shot down. The only odd thing about the mission round was that a lot of sites got to shoot at my planes (3 on the left, 5 in the center, 1or2 on the right). Don't know if that matters.

One other weird thing about this game is that under Windows Vista, Vista never sees it as a running application, thus when it crashes I can't even end it through task manager I have to logoff/logon or reboot.

I get this kind of crash about once every 36 missions on average through all versions about the same frequency.
