Mouse Gone Crazy

My mouse has gone crazy and now, after all of these years, doesn't want to move or click. Before it was always a bit jumpy but now the game isn't playable. Anybody out there with some help, please. I'm using Windows XP SP2 with all updates and UV is V 2.5.

Check the mouse port.

It's UV, not the mouse, as it's only happening with UV.

I uninstalled UV, reinstalled and then patched up to V2.5.  Now all should be well.  I hate all things Micro$oft!
