i can't download

I have bought Napoleon in Italy I start domnload it in a download manager (bacause I have 56k speed). I paused it and when I try to start I can't.

thanks sterckxe. I was using orbit downloader but I will try stardownloader, the problem is that now I can star a new download becuse it said me that i started too much downloads but I have post one email to download support and waiting for his answer.

Ok, the download manager is really to allow you to resume broken downloads, not to download multiple streams at once. For various reasons, there's a limit on simultaneous downloads as well as a limit on total downloads (unless you purchased the download insurance). It sounds like your download manager pretty much used all those up. Please e-mail me at erikr@matrixgames.com and I'll get your download count reset, but please try StarDownloader as we've found it's the one that's the most friendly with our system.
