Another supply bug>

I am currently playing a PBEM game as the TE and have encountered a situation that looks like a supply bug. Italy has surrendered and all TE units in Italy are now at zero supply even though they control the port of Genoa, the western Mediterranean and even have transports on sea supply posted in the western Mediterranean. I don't know if this is related to the known zero supply bug in Egypt and Serbia. I hope this is fixed in the next update because it really throws the game off significantly.
