1280x1024 for Vista users?

Ok guys, I've got the game running fine in 1024x768 mode, but because my laptop's native resolution is 1280x800, running in that lower resolution produces blurry, slightly fuzzy graphics(Yes, I have the latest video drivers installed). Does Hussar Games plan on supporting 1280x1024 on Vista in an upcoming patch?

And for that matter, how about supporting some widescreen resolutions? 1280x800 gets my vote!

I have Vista on 1 computer and the game runs fine on 1280x1024. 1280 x 800 is different, it is not supported in the current version. We plan to add at least one more supported resolution in a patch, expect a poll about this on the forums.

What video card are you using on Vista? Mine is an ATI Radeon 2600, using the latest updated video driver. I'm still not able to get my tactical map to display. I get the menu on the left side, and the mini map, but the main tactical map remains black.

Our Vista test machine had a nVidia 8800 GTS and I can confirm it worked fine in 1280x1024. Keep in mind that the Vista drivers for both nVidia and ATI still have quite a few bugs in them that affect more than a few games. Hopefully that will get sorted out within the next year, but unfortunately we weren't able to test every hardware/driver combo.

My laptop has a display setting of 1280 by 720, then jumps to 1440 by 900. I would guess that 1280 by 800 would work on more machines. Am I missing something?

I can get the program up and running, but the map is frozen when I click on it. This is a Vista machine. I tried running this program on my other computer which is a XP machine, and on that one the game never loads, it just hangs. So far 0 for 2. What are the specifics needed to run this program?
