War in the pacific

I am running windows vista with one gig of RAM and an anthlon 64 processor. Whenever there is a surface combat in WIP the game crashes. Any ideas?

Two things: you should take this question down to the War in the Pacific forum at the bottom of the page, and you're probably going to have to buy some more RAM. A Vista rig with WitP probably can't survive on 1 Gigabyte...

It's not just War in the Pacific, anything less then 2GB memory with Vista is crash city when it comes to gaming!
