Moving Graphics

I've got WitP and WPO loaded on the same PC and was wandering if it is possible to pull some of the ship class graphics from WPO and put them into WitP?

If it is possible, how do I go about doing it? (Please keep it simple, I know just enought about computers to get me in trouble, which could explain why I've had to replace mine 3 times in the last 4 years!)
